Little Venice by mofotografie

Zeedijk, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

This is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Amsterdam and is one of the rare areas where you see water right up next to houses. Some call this particular area “Little Venice”

Narrow street in Stockholm by DagurJonsson

I LOVE the combination of old buildings and narrow streets. It is something so special about that for a guy from Iceland that is not used to old buildings or beautiful narrow streets. I really started to discover this feeling when I lived in ‘s-Hertogenbosch in the year 2004. If you add an afternoon, lights, darkness & shadows you surely can get an magical picture out of narrow streets in Europe. I did not have much time for this hobby in Stockholm but I tried to snap a shot here and there.
